Homeowners who install energy-saving home improvements may be eligible for an Energy Saver Rebate.  Rebate amount is 35% of the cost of eligible improvements financed with the Fix-up Fund loan, up to $10,000.

Who is eligible?

• Homeowner must secure financing with a Minnesota Housing Fix-up Fund loan
• Home must be owner occupied
• Limit one Energy Saver Rebate per household
• Current maximum annual income of $95,000
• Single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, condos, & townhomes

What improvements are eligible?

• Energy Star replacement windows
• Energy efficient replacement exterior doors
• Attic air sealing
• Wall & attic insulation in conjuction with attic air sealing
