Dale Gruber started his leadership in the construction industry in 1983 when he founded Dale Gruber Construction, providing light commercial and residential building and remodeling services.  In 1997, he started a separate residential division called Home Check Plus to provide his residential customers with a more personal service.  With 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Dale's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction shows through on each and every project.  Dale is a member of CMBA, MMBA, BAM, NAHB, CMBA-Remodelers, NAHB-Remodelers, and St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce.  He has previously served as the President for CMBA and BAM and currently is a Life Director for NAHB.  Dale was also inducted into the MN Building Industry Hall of Fame in 2000.
