Steve started his career with Dale Gruber Construction in 1994 as an estimator and controller and assisted with the start up of Home Check Plus in 1997.  Along with his every day duties of managing the office and controlling the finances, he provides assistance throughout the remodeling process and presents the warranty booklets after project completion.
